Video Conferencing Tips:
- Use an ethernet connection if possible
- Reduce the number of devices online if you are using wifi
- Disable your microphone throughout the presentation until the Q & A session
- Presentation of projects will be as fluid as possible, so please use the comment board to provide constructive and positive feedback on presented work
- Applaud the presenter by enabling the microphone and snapping, clapping and/or cheering. Disable your microphone shortly after your applause the presenter
- Open any presentation link (to a video file) in a new window, not a new tab. This will ensure that you can still hear the presenter.
- Change your Layout View to see the presenter and screen if needed
